Overall the place is nice tidy and clean. The noise from the other tenants was bad and there were one balcony for all rooms at the same floor. It’s kind of inconvenient is you want some privacy. Other than that everything was great. The location is in the centre of the new town walking distance to the old town as well.

Стаята е чудесна, удобна и изключително чиста, с място за работа и терска за отдих. Сравнително близо е до плажа и до стария град, страхотни ресторантчета наоколо. Комуникацията с хоста е незабавна и лесна. Препоръчвам

Един прекрасен престой в сърцето на Несебър съчетан с перфектна комуникация от страна на домакините и любезно отношение от посрещането до заминаването ни! Ще дойдем отново :)

Cozy and clean flat - we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Check in an out was very easy.
