Welcome to our spacious, cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment centrally located in Bloomington/Normal! Fully furnished with everything to make you feel right at home. This is an upstairs unit in a duplex. Conveniently located close to ISU, Wesleyan, Hospitals, and Rivian. The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and large dresser to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. There is a quiet space with a desk and a chair for you to complete any work. Fully equipped modern kitchen with full-sized appliances, including a coffee maker. There is a small dining area off of the kitchen. This cozy living room features a plush loveseat, an oversized lounge chair, and 50” Smart TV that allows access to all streaming services.

We had a long term stay of a couple months to finish out Nursing clinicals in the local areas. The place was perfect for what we needed and the responsiveness was 5 star. We would recommend this for anyone who might need a short or longer term stay in the area for work or school.
This place was just what we needed and the location was perfect for us. It was very clean and had the amenities we needed for a nice 4-day stay. The bed is very comfortable...even better than our own bed at home! We have family that just moved to the area so this will be a good option for our future visits.
It was a very good experience. I was able to check in and out with ease. I had what I needed for my stay. When I experienced maintenance issues it was resolved immediately. I had my private space and felt safe. Excellent host.

We're hard working entrepreneurs! Our kids are grown and have jobs of their own, but somehow still find time to help with the business on occasion. We still love to vacation as a family and the kids typically bring either their significant other or a close friend. We're all quiet and friendly. In fact, I'm quite proud of how friendly and pleasant our kids are! If we stay in your place, rest assured that we appreciate you and, we will be clean and respectful of your space.
