Unfortunately Dancenter is only using the AirBnb app to advertise. The booking is managed using a separate system by their call centre, which has limited opening hours and slow response time. Even when trying to extend our stay by three days, our enquiry was left unanswered… Biggest issue was the unclear instructions on how to get the key outside normal opening times. When trying to get clarification, I was unable to get an answer from anybody resulting in us having to book a hotel instead, as we couldn’t risk being locked out late at night. This was all communicated to Dancenter with a request for them to call as soon as possible. But no help was forthcoming. But apart from the poor experience and lack of costumer service, the house was very cosy and good value. I’d suggest that either Dancenter use the AirBnb app fully or not at all. Equally, I suggest that when a costumer is clearly concerned, that you give them a call. We couldn’t even find an emergency contact number

Charmerende lille sommerhus i skønne omgivelser. Huset er virkelig fint, rent og hyggeligt. Man føler sig med det samme godt tilpas. Det er let at varme op og man sover godt. I gåafstand til både indkøb og skønne naturoplevelser.

Idyllisk sommerhus og smukt indrettet med harmonisk indretning. God beliggenhed ift strand, indkøb mv. Dejligt privat. Vi var lidt udfordrede på varme i boligen, da der samtidig var storm

Fint troede dog at det bar til 11 kunne man rykke indtjek til 15 i nov dec og januar
