While the place is in a great location and has a nice yard and plants, the experience felt a bit corporate. There was no welcome book. There are not many amenities or comforts inside (one example, no ice cubes or even ice cube tray). The washer and dryer were broken, which I was only notified about the day before. When I raised concerns, they basically stated too bad. Finally, the check out time of 10 am seems quite early. I left feeling like I did not get good quality for the cost and the hosts communication and response felt like a corporation more interested in making money than my enjoyment.

We were disappointed that the laundry was not functional while we were there, but otherwise the cabin worked out well for our family!

Comfortable for 4 Adults. The house was a close walk to Bantam Lake. We liked having a nearby grocery store, coffee shops and multiple restaurant options within a 10 minute drive. The house was very clean and located in a quiet setting.

Great place to stay! Beautiful location close to the lake and the hosts provided a great guidebook with recommendations locally. Would definitely stay again!

Very quiet and relaxing house, host was very responsive & flexible . There were more than enough space for my wife and I and our 2 teenagers. Also, very clean and host had detail descriptions of have everything operating and near by amenities. Would rent again
