Ruben and his cohost are amazing. He always makes sure your needs are met. He always has some recommendations if needed. The cohost is always around if needed ( of course I personally prefer contactless service). We checked in and immediately we noticed we needed stuff from supermarket. After we mentioned the need for uber, the cohost’s husband offered to drive us. It was very kind. Of course people overall in DR are very kind and hospitable. The place seems very new and spotless. Lastly, as we were leaving very early in the morning (3am), I noticed that I’ve forgotten my passport somewhere in the house. We called the lady and she picked up the phone ( something you can’t expect from other hosts). That was really outstanding for me. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santo Domingo.
