This place is perfect. Beautiful location, and the host is wonderful. So far, this is the best place I have stayed at using AirBNB. Thank you so much. Olwen is very helpful, responds within seconds to your queries, and a delight when it comes to booking in and booking out. The venue is amazing, very modern with everything you will need, and a stunning, view. Surprisingly peaceful, considering its location. Thank you!

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay. Very high class standard of accommodation and fixtures / fittings/ equipment etc Extremely comfy beds. Safe parking. Everything you could possibly need was provided by Olwen. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good value but very high quality family (or 1 or 2 couples) place to stay. We had a fantastic stay at CanalSide in Knysna. The apartment is lovely - very clean, well equipped, and with lovely views across the Knysna canal. Olwen was an extremely helpful host, proactively sending us information on local Easter events, and responding quickly and helpfully to my requests for local recommendations (which turned out to be unnecessary as there’s a helpful folder of local info in the apartment). There is garage parking underneath the apartments, and the waterfront shops and restaurants are right next door and accessible through a secure door to the apartments. We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and hope to stay there again ourselves. Thank you Olwen.

The charming and exquisitely beautiful appartment is located just next to a lagoon. The views from the balcony is awesome and changes according to the time of the day. Although we didn't get to meet Olwen personally, he was very helpful and prompt in his responses whenever I messaged him. Overall I would highly recommend his appartment.
