This house is within walking distance of Salinas Beach, one of the most beautiful and secure beaches in El Salvador. Grab your towel and sandals and watch the afternoon sunset with your loved ones. The beach is only 4 minutes away and is inside the residential complex. The house has an open space on the first floor, with a spacious kitchen, dining space, a small living room, and a bathroom. The residential is closed to owners and guests with reservations only. The house is equipped with 3 bedrooms each one with its own bathroom and A/C. The house is ideal for a beach style living with the first floor designed to spend time after swimming in the pool. The first floor has a shared bathroom bringing the total number of bathrooms to 4.

Staying at Jose and Blanca's Airbnb was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly hospitable and informative, ensuring we felt right at home. The house itself was fantastic, with each room boasting its own bathroom and air conditioning, making for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Jose's daily cleaning service was a thoughtful touch, keeping everything pristine. We felt incredibly safe and welcomed throughout our stay, and the proximity to the stunning beach just 5 minutes away was the cherry on top. Muy bonito lugar, muy limpio y cerca de muchos bellos lugares. La piscina estupenda, pero tenía mucho químico y el primer día no la pudimos disfrutar. Hablamos con el administrador y nos ayudó con el problema. Siempre muy amables

El vecindario es ideal para familias. Es muy seguro y es perfecto para caminar a la playa o andar en bicicletas.
No se puede hacer mucho ruido después de las 10pm
Para tu conveniencia, la casa tiene un restaurante muy cerca que además puede llevar la comida a casa
El vecindario cuenta con por lo menos dos tienditas familiares. La mejor forma de conocer el vecindario es caminando.
Pero si quieres conocer los Cóbanos o acajutla, es recomendable hacerlo en carro.
