Private Cottage with Private Entry. Are you seeking a blissful island studio cottage for a cozy romantic getaway? Look no further! This cottage is located on the coveted *West Side* of San Juan Island with ocean & territorial views of Haro Strait, Olympic Mountains & Vancouver Island. Perfect for two people with beach & abundant hiking trails nearby, Lime Kiln (Whale Watching) State Park is five minutes away by car. Sorry, no pets or emotional support animals. No Smoking on property. The cottage is located next to my home - it is my utmost importance for you to have a private and enjoyable visit. You will not see me; however, I am always available via the Airbnb app if you have any questions :) Parking - I share a parking area with my neighbor next door, please note instructions in welcome email that will be sent once reservation is confirmed. You will have your own parking space and private access to the cottage with key box. Please note there are steps leading down to a path to your private entry. There are three outdoor umbrellas - please take care to close the umbrellas if you leave as we do receive occasional strong breezes off the ocean. Thank you! Please don't feed the wildlife. We have a family of foxes on the property with their baby kits and although they are adorable, it's important to keep wildlife wild. There are two Adirondack chairs with side table on the lower deck next to the hot tub/sauna as well as comfortable seating with ottomans on the main deck with umbrellas. Also are two zero-gravity lounge chairs also provided for your comfort while outside enjoying the views and nature. They are both folded up together near the outdoor decking seating. Also on the main deck a bistro table for your outdoor dining pleasure. Yoga mats are provided for yoga on the deck :) In the little meadow there is a picnic table under a tree which is illuminated at night by string lights. Also there are two Adirondack chairs for your comfort in the little meadow as well. Very romantic! Fiber Optic wi-fi and TV with Roku streaming. **I encourage guests to sleep with kitchen windows open to possibly hear the orca whales swim by during the night.
