It’s taken Me days after leaving to write this review but the memories are still very vivid. Staying at your place was an absolute pleasure. The Host were always very polite and ready to help. Very calm and relaxing. .The rooms are modern and clean with the host available at all times making sure that everything works well and that you are fully happy. Take my word- just come and see for yourself. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. Namaste!!!!!

Although our stay was only two nights (not long enough!) we loved staying here. Being in the jungle hills, at the edge of a nature reserve, the views and scenery was so lovely. Valerian, Laure and their family (including the dogs) were so welcoming from the beginning. We had a fun tour of their spice garden from their youngest son and even had homemade pizza one night. The place is quite tricky to get to in the dark - we reccommend looking for “Domaine De Bellevue” on Google Maps. Would love to stay again!

We can only echo the happy responses of other guests. We had a truly wonderful time at the Domaine. The location itself is fantastic; the views all around more beautiful than any photograph could capture. It was just great to escape the pollution and noise of Kandy up into the clear mountain air. The accommodation is really good - the bedroom has a lovely view (not shown here); a new kitchen as just been added below the terrace which enabled us to fix tea and coffee and simple catering, and the terrace itself is of course the main pleasure; there's a fabulous sense of calm just hanging out there. But having said all this - what we'll really take from our stay is Laure and Valerian's wonderful hospitality; they, together with the boys, made us really welcome. The boys took us on a hike up into the hills behind the house and were really good company and guides; we saw cinnamon, coffee, tea, pepper and cloves. Laure cooked a succession of wonderful breakfasts and dinners and Valerian really kindly shared his experiences with us over supper,even after a long day's work. they helped us to arrange travel from Colombo as well as local tuk-tuk drivers. Laure organised a couple of introductions for us, and we all watched a lunar eclipse through Aurelian's telescope - very exciting!. In short, they generously shared with us a part of their life, while affording us our own space; it was true hospitality.

Domain de Bellevue is a very special place to stay, the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the company of a warm and welcoming family. It is so peaceful and the villa is perfect, spacious with a beautiful big balcony with stunning mountain views. It was so fun playing ping pong, badminton, jumping on the trampoline and joking around with the lovely boys. We felt very relaxed and revitalised after our stay here!

Beautiful location and wonderful hosts who are very generous with their time. The cottage where guests stay is such a peaceful spot, with a great hammock and superb views. A perfect way to end a long trip.
