It was extremely clean and host was very friendly, much recommended for people looking for places to stay at Bhimtal . it's pet friendly too ! WiFi works , bedrooms are super clean , check-in was smooth , location is great! just go for it !

Ratna's place is exactly as it's described. It's private, very cute and exactly how a home should be. If you're expecting one of those fancy airbnbs that you see in Goa, please don't. Bhimtal isn't Goa. Houses are different here. The place has everything that you could possibly need. So you're never going to want for anything. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of, (and this has absolutely no bearing to how nice the hosts were) is the fact that it's pretty much on the highway. So if you like taking leisurely walks around, that might prove to be a difficulty. Again, that's just my personal take. Oh. The breakfast was super ❤️

The cottage was beautiful and clean . Instructions were clear. Had a wonderful time . Host was very friendly and provided local restaurant recommendations. Absolutely worth it.

Whistling Thrush is just outside Bhimtal on the highway to Bhowali/Nainital. The two bedroom cottage is very neat and nice with beautiful surroundings. U wake up to beautiful scenery and to the songs of birds from the adjacent trees. Great view from the balcony and rooftop. U need your own car as walking to nearby restaurants through the highway is an adventure sport. Moreover from the main road u have a steep 100 m climb to the cottage which will definitely test u so a car will help. The WiFi connectivity was patchy which hampered our professional work but Colonel Chauhan has promised to get it repaired soon. All in all a great stay and one of the very few things where my wife agrees with me!!

Mr. Lokendra was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help us. He provided all local recommendations which were good. The property was also very nice and homely.
