Great place to stay! wasn't sure what to expect but it is such a nice atmosphere upstairs, warm comfy rooms and good food in the pub below. I'm a young solo female traveller and I didn't feel unsafe once, I would highly recommend.
Wow! If you are into historical pub stays this is the one! Renovated and clean, the bed was comfy and warm and how great it was to go downstairs for schnitty night and to chat with the locals about the area and NO driving. Great value meals and stay. Totally recommend this historical stay, it’s on the Heysen Trail and gateway to Flinders Ranges.
