In eerdere recensies werden problemen gemeld met het schoonmaken van het huis. Dat is blijkbaar opgelost: het huis was schoon, kort geleden opnieuw geschilderd, en het zwembad was helder en schoon. Het huis is nog mooier dan het op de foto's lijkt. Het uitzicht over zee is fantastisch. Er is een kleine binnenplaats met een citroenboom, waar slaapkamers omheen liggen. Je hebt een prive-zwemtrap om de zee in te gaan, of je kunt 100 meter lopen naar het strandje. Het installaties zijn wel een beetje verouderd. De douchekranen zijn verkalkt, en tijdens ons verblijf deed de vaatwasser het niet. Er is een monteur langsgeweest die dat niet meteen kon repareren, en er zou in de week na ons een nieuwe vaatwassr worden geplaatst. Het contact met Smilevillas was prettig, vriendelijk en vlot.

Ich und meine Familie hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist grandios und die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern. Lediglich die Sauberkeit ist nicht so gut gewesen, aber wer bereit ist ein wenig Zeit selber ins Putzen zu investieren, sollte sich daran nicht stören. Wir komme gerne wieder

Le jour de notre arrivé, il y avait une tempête sur Majorque (oui pas de chance pour une région avec un si beau climat & l'aéroport de Palma a été fermé pendant plusieurs heures ce jour là...). À l'arrivé à la villa, elle avait subit les assauts du vent et de la pluie. Après un appel aux gestionnaires, nous avons eu rapidement la visite des électriciens, jardiniers et femme de ménage pour tout mettre en ordre dans la journée. De tel sorte que nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour malgré les dégâts de la tempête avait fait aux propriétés environnantes. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur réactivité dans une situation si difficiles.

This house could have everything you would want in a vacation home but unfortunately it needs a lot of TLC. We walked in to a house that, other than changing the sheets (which did not fit the beds) before we arrived, did not look like it had been cleaned in weeks. The pool was filthy (you couldn’t even see the bottom) and it took a couple of days to get it cleaned. The master bath was missing the lid for the back of the toilet. Everything was dusty—shelves, floors, even the dishes. The floors were also covered in dead leaves and flowers. The sofa cover was gross and needless to say it too was in need of a good wash. There were also no beach towels. The interior is just very old and tired. It is such a shame because this could be such a lovely place. It is in a great location with easy access to the sea. It is in a resort area so you can walk to just about anything—grocery, shops, etc. Hopefully someone fixes this place up. I wouldn’t rent it unless they do.
