Amazing place

The apartment was dirty, the dish cloths were dirty, the cupboards and counters were sticky, dust and spider webs in the kitchen and bathroom. The one room stunk of cigarettes. There was a foul smell coming from the apartment coming from the fridge . I arrived in the evening I tried to switch on the lights and charge my phone I realized that there actually was no electricity in the unit. Host did not buy electricity although knowing that she had a guest coming. I tried getting ahold of her for 3 hours to no avail. She didn’t respond to my messages and the number on her profile wasn’t going through. I had to go to contact airbnb customer support to get help. She finally got back to me after 3hours of me sitting in the dark and having had missed my dinner reservation because I could not get ready with no electricity. When she got back to me I still had to load the electricity on the meter. There was also wifi issues during my stay which were not attended with any urgency.

Mbali was friendly and effective in terms of communicating,her instructions were clear,the unit smell fresh ,clean and spotless upon our arrival,every amenity listed was there and more😉,the complex is safe and peaceful,I also loved the mini play area in the complex as I was traveling with kids . All in all I had my value for money stay😍
