A lot is wrong with this listing. All 3 bathrooms had issues; slow dripping shower, overflowing drains, toilet tanks leaking, sink drain broken and leaking in the vanity drawer, half finished walls with hanging electric cables. In the Kitchen the sink was beyond dirty and stained with calcium deposit. Although the place is new the faucets, sinks, and toilets looks like they were 20years old. A lot of water leakage from the showers and sinks therefore baseboards around these had sings of moulds and looked rotten. One of the the A/C broke on the last day of our stay and all the other A/C had a hard time keeping the temperature stable in the house. Aside from the huge lack of water pressure we had no hot water at all, we all took cold showers for 3 days. This place should be fully renovated before to be back on the listings. The bed of the master bedroom has a Queen size Matress on a King size platform, which could create injury hazards for some people.
