Would have liked to have known in advance that electricity was extra. This is the first time I have had to pay electricity on top of the rental price. Also any drinking water needed after the initial amount is the responsibility of the guest. This information should be shown in the listing.

A great layout in the expansive kitchen. The landscaping gives a feeling of being out in nature. Plenty of space to lounge and be comfortable. Very good price. Jason is very experienced and available for questions about your stay. I extended my stay.

PEACEFUL OASIS IN ANGELES...We really enjoyed our 1 week stay. Pros: Host and Caretaker were Super responsive...Actual place looks better than photos...very fast WiFi...very comfortable beds, you will enjoy a restful sleep....well equipped Outdoor kitchen with filtered H2O tap...set in a Bali-inspired lanai...Additional Indoor drinking H2O dispenser inside with hot/cold taps...Large refrigerator so you can stock up on frozen goods, drinks and groceries...Washing machine and detergent included....Quiet street, you hear birds chirping, frogs croaking, airplane noise minimal...Right outside the subdivision gate is a friendly local barangay neighborhood...pro tip: Try the street grill and ASK for their grilled Bangnus fish!!Super Sarap delicious! Things to consider: Mosquitoes come out at dusk! Bring bug lotion...Run ceiling fans on high and the mosquitoes won't bother you while you sleep...Some short power outtages...bring backup power pack....So many thoughtful touches! Will be back!
