Nous avons été accueillis par un gentil monsieur à notre arrivée. Nous avons trouvé un logement récent, propre, confortable et bien équipé. La literie est de bonne qualité et on a bien dormi. Le quartier est un peu éloigné des sites touristiques mais il est très calme et le tramway est accessible en 5 min. On a apprécié la très bonne boulangerie et les nombreux petits commerces alimentaires de proximité. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Bugra mais il a été très réactif et disponible pour nous renseigner, de la réservation jusqu'à notre départ. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette vile fascinante qu'est Istanbul.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. Easy accessible to main attractions as tram station is just walkable distance from this location.Rooms are clean and spacious.They are providing enough hot and cold beverage . Highly recommended stay as the nearby street are lively at night.

One of the best places I rent in over three years of renting, and I travel a lot. Buğra is absolutely amazing. Host place is as describe and he is absolutely helpful. Giving lots of great suggestions ,Responding in a few minutes every questions. I can describe my stay in contact with him only in one word amazing. Thank you for everything.

Bugra's apartment is located in a non-touristic area - it's the buzzing real life around you. Some might think, it's not central, but with public transport, everything is reachable within a minimum of time. Bugra was super helpful in figuring public transport out, had a lot of recommendations, was super interactive, quick in reacting, and extremely friendly. Traveling alone with teenagers, it was good to know that they can reach out to Bugra and get help fast, should anything happen to me. Some wrote in their comments that the mosque next door was disturbing due to call for prayer. It didn't bother us at all and hey, that's part of Istanbul. The apartment was truly clean, had all that was needed and we felt safe and comfortable at all times.

The host is really friendly and responsive, he gives you lots of advice about transportation, local restaurants and activities. The apartment is really clean and close to the public transportation. Definitely recommend it!
