Karl was an absolutely wonderful host in every way, and his beautiful home was such an amazing find. The beachfront location was incredible, and the views from the house were absolutely breathtaking of the beach, as well as beautiful of the sound and sunsets outside of the kitchen window and on the side porches. The home was so well decorated and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the living room was incredible with the high ceilings, fan, large L shaped living room sofa, and big screen TV, the bedrooms were all so well designed and decorated with very comfortable mattresses, and it all had the most special, Zen feeling. We absolutely loved our first visit to the peaceful and pristine Avon area and cannot say enough positive things about Karl and his beautiful home! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in Avon at this home on Griggs Ln - the house itself was v attractive, furnished v pleasingly, v clean - all the beds (pillows too!) & furniture were comfortable w/extra blankets, etc if needed. the kitchen had every item we needed for our stay, plenty of dishes, cookware, etc, direct access to the beach, & hose, etc all set up to easily clean off the sand on your way back in. All was as pictured & described online. Karl responded right away w/any questions & there was a lovely gift bag w/some items from local vendors waiting for us upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this AirBnB to anyone - top notch.

Beautiful house, we would love to stay again in the future! We had two little babies with us and they accommodated us very well- pack and play worked great, and they have a nice high chair. The view is spectacular and the house was very clean and nicely furnished.
