I had a lovely stay at Richmond’s place. It was very parisian and large with Miele appliances. 💃🏿 I was able to walk to the Promenade de Anglais in 26 minutes. The tram stops right outside of the apartment and will get you there in 11 minutes (walking included). We walked to the train station to go to Monaco in less than 10 minutes (tram prolly would have taken two minutes). A farmers market magically appears each morning right outside the apartment gate and on certain nights, the Bootleg Bar and Indian restaurant puts out chairs and tables for dining al fresco. Very close to Plaza Messena (the stop where you get off the tram to get to the Promenade). Only cons: Bed comforters had stains (prolly from over use) and one was dirty. Getting in on the first day requires a neighbor to be home. I rang all the neighbors on my first day and no one answered. This was resolved after 15 minutes. Sofa was very stained.

Mes parents ont passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce bel appartement spacieux. Ils ont très gentiment accueilli par Thierry le soir de leur arrivée. Thierry était également là pour nous quand on avait d'autres questions à lui poser. L'appartement est très agréable avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle, une vue sur le marché de libé sans avoir le bruit pour autant. La cuisine moderne est bien équipée et le lit est super aussi ! Quant à la localisation on ne peut rêver mieux avec ce quartier sympa de libération dès qu'on sort dans la rue ainsi que le tram à 20 mètres pour aller en quelques minutes en centre ville, à la promenade des Anglais ou dans le vieux Nice.
