Our son (age 21) found himself in a difficult situation in Madrid and had to urgently find accommodation. We were very lucky to land right on Mercedes' apartment. Everything with the booking happened literally in minutes and the correspondence with Mercedes was extremely easy and fast. Our son checked in the same evening and we breathed a sigh of relief. Mercedes showed motherly concern and warmly welcomed our son into her own home. The place fully corresponds to the description on AirBNB-calm area, close to shops, eateries and metro station, big enough room and comfortable bed. But most impressive of all is the feeling of visiting friends who show concern, warmth and understanding. Therefore, future guests should keep in mind that they are not in a city hotel but in a cozy family home and should respect that! This attitude will pay back with a nice memory and some new friends in Madrid-Mercedes, her well-mannered boy and the rest of the family! Highly recommend this accommodation!

J’ai passé un séjour merveilleux chez Nora et son fils Gabriel. Leur hospitalité et leur gentillesse ont rendu mon voyage à Madrid inoubliable. Gabriel a été d’une grande aide en me fournissant des notes pour me déplacer en métro, ce qui a été très apprécié. De plus, les cafés offerts chaque matin ont été une délicate attention qui a ajouté à mon confort. Un grand merci à Gabriel de m’avoir transmis ses salutations à travers sa maman lors de mon Check out. Cela témoigne de sa générosité et de son sens de l’hospitalité. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience chaleureuse et accueillante à Madrid. Merci encore pour tout !et à très vite dans mon airbnb si jamais vous êtes en voyage à casa
