Take a break and unwind at this peaceful location close to Bedford. lovely quiet location on top floor 60 steps up 2 floors. Parking is on the road, and plenty of parking available. small Sainsburys close by.... A bathroom is available and a shared shower is also available. There are nice walks along the River Ouse...... The room has a desk for home working if required..... if you are working and want a breakout minute you are always welcome to join me for coffee/tea, biscuits and a chat

Elaine is a friendly and trusting host. The location was convenient for my purpose and parking was easy on the road right outside. Mattress was a bit old and thin but otherwise was a good stay.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to meet Elaine due to arrival and departure timing. Overall an enjoyable stay at Elaine’s place. Good communication, easy to find and easy entry to the property. A negative point for me was the bed comfort, mattress could be better.
A lovely restful place to stay.
Great host, great place to stay, very convenient and clean.
Room was ok, but the host is very loud and bossy, I did not enjoy my stay with her.

The neighborhood is quiet and there is not much to do. But there is a bus stop outside with a good connection to Bedford town centre. Alternatively you can stroll in to Bedford along the river path, it takes 15 minutes to walk.

I have lived in the area all my life and know it well, and always happy to give recommendations of places to visit. I am a keen sports person and love to work out at the gym, go for a bike ride or a casual walk with friends. I have lived in Flitwick for just a short period but love the fact that we have lots of amenities in the small town. Everyone is friendly and you will always find a smiling face.
