Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht. Die Wohnküche bietet einen angenehmen Ort zum Beisammensein. Es müsste aber deutlich darauf hingewiesen werden, wo die Wohnung sich befindet. Das Gebäude ist heruntergekommen und die direkte Umgebung rund ums Haus ist zugemüllt.

Ein schöne Wohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Einen Tag gab es kein Warmwasser, da das Heizöl aus war. Andreas hat sich sofort darum gekümmert. Passiert mal, war nicht so schlimm. Wir haben uns am einem Tag auch noch ausgesperrt aus der Wohnung, uns wurde aber zügig geholfen. Bemängeln können wir nur die Internetverbindung, welche sehr schwach ist und immer wieder mal zusammen bricht. Ansonsten alles top.

The inside of the apartment was great. No living room furniture, bare basics, 3 x bedrooms, 2 x bathrooms, kitchen and dining room table in the kitchen. No living room or chill out space. It is a place to sleep and have breakfast before heading out of day trips. The outside is not much to look at. It is behind an old broken down garage, the front of the apartment building is old and filthy, garbage strewn everywhere, the apartment is upstairs, inside it has been remodeled. It is very close to grocery shopping, Rewe is just around the corner. There were no incidents and the stay was okay, definitely cheaper than the 3 x hotel rooms it would have taken to accommodate the five of us. Check-in was supposed to be at 2 PM according to the advertisement, however, a late message from Andreas said 5 PM. However, when I showed up at 5 PM, there was no one to be found and no entrance or check in instructions. Luckily I found the cleaning lady and she gave me the key after 5:30PM.
