The Jewish Quarter and the Cathedral Mosque are 5 minutes away, the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos and Caballerizas Reales are 7 minutes away and the shopping and nightlife area is just 10 minutes away. The popular neighbourhood of San Basilio, with the most famous Cordoban patios, is also just a few minutes' walk away. At the same time, a wide variety of restaurants and taverns known and frequented by the Cordobeses in the streets around the flat. The historic quarter of Cordoba is a compendium of whitewashed streets that hold the weight of history, courtyards and squares, entities that keep alive the Judeo-Spanish heritage, Sephardic flavours.... The Jewish Quarter is a blessed madness capable of disarming the most impassive of travellers. The best preserved in Europe, with medieval airs and in what was once the capital of al-Andalus, it surrounds the jewel in the crown, the Mosque-Cathedral.
