I had a wonderful stay at Herbert and Gladys' place! Right from the start, they were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home, which was important for me as a solo female traveller. They are very kind people and I cannot recommend their place enough. The room was lovely and comfortable, with an en-suite. The food kindly cooked by Diana was also very delicious, and I loved that they used fresh fruits and vegetables from their garden (especially the avocados!). The peaceful surroundings, incredible view, and beautiful garden were all highlights. Herbert and Gladys are fantastic hosts, and I left with a full heart and great memories. Highly recommend!

Herbert's place was a great fit for my family because I was specifically looking for a child friendly home. There was plenty of outdoor space for the kids as well as tons of indoor space. The meals we had were delicious and we were touched by how our meal time preferences were accommodated. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the surroundings and definitely look forward to coming back! Thank you Herbert.

Herbert was a very responsive host and guided us when we took a wrong turn from the express way. His Air bnb is perfectly located between Kampala and Entebbe, only 25 mins drive from the airport. There is a steep decline to his house but we negotiated this ok. The views at night are stunning of the Kampala hills. Room and bathroom very comfortable. Herbert and Gladys were great hosts. Overall we were really delighted with our stay and will return !

Herbert's place was peaceful, spotless clean, spacious, felt like home, organic food all the time. Eating healthy was the norm.
