When the initial booked property could not be made available on time, Trang immediately contacted us and offered us a newer property at the same price of the original accommodation. The new location is close to the original, and actually was closer to our daily destination. The new property also provided for our every need. I will always recommend Trang’s properties based on her willingness to communicate and work with the renter. She values her renter’s feedback and has implemented the suggestions into her properties.

Trang's place was perfect for our stay! It's location is great for the Sutton/Flatwoods area, where we were visiting. It is within walking distance of many local shops & places to eat, while within a quick drive to Walmart or Kroger. The place is very quiet, even while being so close to the downtown area. It looks just like the pictures; there was plenty of space for our family of 4 & my parents. Trang is a wonderful host & is very responsive! She has been so sweet & friendly with my family; we appreciate her!

The house was great, just as described. The bed was fabulous. Plenty of towels and they smelled great. We were worried about it being noisy since it it right in town. But it was so quiet. Sat on the front porch in the evening. We had dinner at the Cafe across the street, the ambiance was amazing and the food even better. Trang responds very fast. Everyone you meet in town is very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.
