Love the location with balcony facing the trees. Cosy lounge, fully equipped kitchen to cook, lovely decor, great heating and wifi, hot water and nice rain shower, Netflix was a plus. Even better than the photos, has everything you need, only a 10 minute uphill walk to the ski lifts which I didn’t mind. Walls in bedroom are thin but I only had to wear earplugs once for noise when going to bed early.

Great stay at Milena’s apartment for a short break chasing the snow. All communication before my arrival was very clear and quick to respond. Check in was simple with the instructions provided. The apartment is modern, clean, tidy and warm with lots of hot water for a shower when returning from the slopes. I was able to store my board on the balcony which was great. The apartment is approximately a 10 minute walk up a steepish hill where you reach the final and the start of the Main Street. Walking back was easier down the hill. The complex has a 24ht reception, bar, restaurant and spa but I didn’t use any of them so unable to comment. Over all a great host and would definitely stay again

I stayed at Milena’s place for a mix of skiing and work over 2 weeks. It was a nice, modern place on the 5th floor with plenty of space and key furnishings. Although more expensive than I would have liked, it seemed a good option in the area. Pros: -Walkable to both Yastrebets main gondola (10 mins) and Martinovi lift (14 mins). It’s doable with ski gear but I’d recommend getting ski storage close to one of those lifts -Responsive host and on-site help/cleaners provided new sheets partway through -Plenty of natural light and good insulation/heating for winter comfort Cons: -The internet is a mobile hotspot - while usually fast enough for work, was unstable at times. Also hit data caps that Milena had to pay extra to increase. The free internet in the lobby is solid though -Sauna/spa advertised has been closed for over 2 years due to mold issue -No restaurant on-site, only vending machines

Апартамента е чист, уютен и приятен. Срещнахме проблем с удобствата: неизползваем телевизор и проблем с неработещи кухненски уреди (котлон и фурна).

Very nice apartment. Will try to rent next year. Location is perfect, quite but not too far from the centre.
