This place is perfect. The location is amazing. The small town of Rincon was great and everyone there was so welcoming. This place is steps away from what feels like your own private beach. My favorite part about this home was the large covered porch. Most of our morning and evenings were spent enjoying the view of the water from the porch.

We had a great time at Concha Azul’s place in Rincon. Easy/great access to the beach and walkable to nearby restaurants! All amenities described in listing were true/accurate. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was very easy! When we come back to Rincon, we will definitely stay at Concha Azul’s place!

The location couldn't be more perfect, and the massive shaded balcony was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here away... just steps away from the beach.

This is our to-go spot for staycations. This was our 3rd stay at this property and we love it. Great location, steps from the beach and less than 5 minutes to restaurants, groceries and the town square. The unit is very well kept, clean, good amenities and recent upgrades (generator, new BBQ and A/C in living area) are a plus. Our only "recommendation" is darker curtains or blackouts in the rooms. Will definitely be back!
