We had a great time during our weekend stay. While the listing states Hermosa Beach, it is actually located in Manhattan Beach. Manhattan is a little more of a quiet environment. The activites and shopping in Hermosa are a bit better in our opinion. No worries though, this location is still fantastic! The view is absolutely perfect! You get a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean, the Strand, and the bike path. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Manhattan Beach!

I have stayed at this location multiple times. Great area. Walkable to restaurants. Clean. Limited linens given the number of guests the space can host. We do not use the kitchen much as we take advantage of the restaurants in the area. Had to reach out to the hosts given there were some concerns about access to the property. They were responsive.

April and Dans house was beautiful! It was an excellent location and very quiet other than the sound of the waves. We would highly recommend a stay here. The only issue would be parking which can be a challenge.

It’s a comfortable place to stay. I enjoyed the ocean views. I will mention some pro’s and con’s. Pros: -Incredible views. It’s nice opening the large window and enjoying the ocean views and breeze. For the price it was a great value for being on the strand. -Location. It’s right on the strand. Lots of great walking. -Cozy. Somewhat small, but it’s cozy and quiet. -Easy Checkout. No weird / crazy checkout rules. You just leave. -Easy parking, never had a problem finding a space. Cons: -Location. This rental is in Manhattan Beach, NOT Hermosa. That is disclosed in the listing, but the headline says Hermosa. -A bit dirty. Not terribly dirty, but if your OCD or like perfect cleanliness you will have a problem. Felt like they just keep the cleaning fees and try and clean it themselves. -Weird items. Small (5 cup) coffee machine that was very slow. Random items in drawers. A single fold out camp chair for the deck. Overall I enjoyed my stay. 4.5 stars. Would stay again!
