We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. We had a good time boating and fishing at the lake and hanging out by the fire pit at night. The cabin itself had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. Our only complaint is that one of the neighbors was doing a lot of chainsawing while we were there. I assume this isn't something they do all the time, but it did take away from the tranquility of the place at times during our stay. But, besides that, everything was great. Phyllis was a very responsive host and I would definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay and the fishing off the dock was great !! It was quiet and private. Exactly what we were looking for. The cabin is quaint and cozy. It rained during our stay but the fish were still biting ! We stayed in and watched movies and cooked home style meals.

This was our first time in the Catskills and the best part was Phyllis's Airbnb. It was cozy, private, and not too far from festivals we wanted to attend. It was going to rain Saturday so we wanted to take advantage of the firepit. Upon meeting Phyllis in the pitch dark to grab firewood at her other property, she was immediately warm and welcoming and we hugged like old friends do. We met her son and friends and they were equally inviting and friendly. On his way home, Chris even stopped by to help us re-start the fire! Phyllis checked in on us throughout the weekend to make sure we were good. One time I accidentally left the Airbnb without the key - first time ever - it was embarrassing, but Phyllis was understanding and unlocked the door before we got back. We enjoyed cooking full meals in the kitchen and the fireplace and heaters in every room was an added bonus. We spent a lot of time on the private dock watching the beautiful leaves fall. Highly recommend, thank you again Phyllis!

Phyllis is probably one of the nicest hosts I’ve encountered on Airbnb! We had some minor inconveniences & within a few hours she had all issues resolved, and checked in often to see if everything was okay. She even left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift!! :) the cabin was cozy, perfect for a quick getaway from the city which was what we wanted. It had all amenities needed, and the private dock on the lake was amazing. My husband even caught a large mouth bass! All in all, our stay was absolutely pleasant!!
