The apartment was very comfortable for me because it had everything a digital nomad needs. The apartment itself was cozy and private, although the only window looks directly into the neighbor's room so we both had our blinds closed 99% of the time. However there is a nice wide open park within a 10 minute walk away that has big trees and lots of shade, so that was the best place for me to get out of the small room. When I arrived there was extremely disruptive construction happening next door with literal jack-hammering on the wall next to my room which continued for 2 months, even on weekends, from 7am-7pm. The host was very responsive to my issue with this and waived a month of utility payments for me, and also replaced my old mattress upon request. The neighborhood is quite dirty and chaotic, but everyone who lives in the alley is quite nice, and the food around is delicious. I recommend this place for adventurous travelers on a budget - you can truly live like a local here!

Only stayed 1 night because of several issues. It's extremely difficult to get in and out. The only entrance is via garage/basement, and the slope is extremely steep. There was oil splatter on the kettle, bathroom door, and kitchen cabinet. Several things were missing, such as a workdesk chair, pots, rice cooker. There was also excessive noise during my stay. People's voices carried and echoed through the narrow hallways, the dryer was loud, and there was construction/repairwork right beside my room. That said, the host and staff were extremely helpful and proactive.
