Our second stay here. The host is super responsive. The apartment even had some improvements since our previous stay, like large new bookshelves. Washing machine and dryer are very convenient. Unfortunately no more gym access for short term guests.

We had a great stay! This place was accessible by a walking bridge to District 1. There were also lots of cafes and convenience store options downstairs. It was as pictured, clean and spacious. The host was responsive to our questions, and flexible with our check in as there were delays at the airport. We stayed two weeks and she also kindly arranged for a housekeeper (free of charge) to come halfway through for us too!

AJ was the best host. Very responsive to all my questions and requests. I rented the place for 1 month. To make me feel more comfortable, she installed a brand new smart TV (2nd week of my stay) so I will have access to the internet for world news and shows (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.). The place has everything that I needed, including laundry soap, dish soap, etc. Cleaning every week, with fresh sheets. Great unit, great location (walk across the pedestrian bridge and you are in downtown Saigon-D1), with gym, pool, several convenient stores for everything that you may need. Again, thank you to AJ for a being a great host and provided a great experience.
