The Location of this airbnb is simply amazing as it is close to the San Lorenzo Market and other landmarks. A short walk to the cathedral and only about 650 mtrs away from the SM Novella Station. There are plenty of restaurants and places to explore around the area. The good thing about this place too is it is a bit hidden from the main road so it is not too crowded and busy when you step out and it is quiet as there are no car or pedestrian noises. The only problem is the stairs which you have to climb to the apartment. it is at the second floor so you need to climb 2 flights of stairs. Also, the neighbours within the building can be loud sometimes especially at night. No parties but just loud conversations. The apartment itself is clean and you have everything you need. It is comfortable. The host, Egle, is really good as she responds very quickly and offers help. Additionally, they are able to make some adjustments and requests if possible.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal !!! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Florence, dans un appartement propre. Malheureusement, pour que l’appartement soit aéré nous avions besoin d’ouvrir la seule fenêtre qui donne directement sur un autre immeuble et sur un toit en tôle plein d’ordures, ce qui ne laissait pas une bonne odeur. Nous avons été particulièrement dérangés par les voisins qui faisaient du bruit jusque très tard (l’insonorisation est mauvaise), mais pour un court séjour où l’essentiel est de visiter ce n’est pas le problème le plus important. Egle et Natali sont restées à notre disposition, très bonne communication avec elles.

Egle is a very friendly and responsive host who gave great local recommendations! Her place is so centrally located, which is the main attraction of this place. The walls are thin but if you’re a heavy sleeper like us it shouldn’t bother you, we stayed four nights and slept fine. Overall it’s definitely cost effective and worth the price!
