房子干净,整洁,简便.房东反馈互动较快,乐于帮助.但不知为何,那几天正对房子小街边时常聚集些人在聊天,聊很长时间,有时还有很大的音乐声和飙车声,较为遗憾

Host was very unkind and money hungry. The place says sleeps 6 and I wanted to stay close to Yale and possibly bring my daughter to the rental for a day or two. I was immediately charged $161 upon the $618 already paid I declined. Then a friend visited me the next day with groceries. I cooked we ate and I was sent a picture of my guest entering the house and was hit with a charge of $322 for 3 people even though I never brought my daughter there. I declined to pay that because I only had one person visit. Very sketchy neighborhood, felt unsafe getting in and out of my car. Very obvious drug deals in front of house. Constant cat calling when I got in or out the car. The walls in the apartment were paper thin. I heard loud sexual noises in the middle of the night, and felt like about 10 people upstairs constantly making noise. There was an unpleasant smell coming from an unplugged refrigerator in a room close to mine. I had to plug it in, to alleviate the smell. Wouldn’t recommend
