I recommend this place and extended my stay. It's exactly as described with plenty of space and nice, private outdoor area with great views. The host is very responsive and helpful. My only issue was the air conditioner is quite loud but there are two fans to help keep things cool.

Of all the airbnb that we rented, this is the most understanding and helpful host. The airbnb is still the same; clean and relaxing. This is the second time renting this airbnb and for sure not the last time. We will go back again.

it's located on the rooftop of an old but modernized, well-mantained building. the facade may look weathered which adds to its charm. actually, a few tweaks and this place would rate perfect stars on all counts. but its fine as it is. (you have to climb a flight of stairs that does get wet from roof leaks, I don't recommend it for seniors or persons with mobility issues.) (a few mods in the bathroom too would level up the experience.) so it's right in Tabaco City and a convenient walk to everything. you not only get the spacious and nicely fitted space, you also get the entire rooftop deck with bbq grill, garden furniture, outside CR, and smooth views of the low rise cityscape. you can literally host a party and play music as loud as you want. also a great place to fly your drone. at night, there is no other human in all floors. so it's so quiet. and a surprise view of Mayon like i've never seen before. loved this place.
