Wow!! Jake’s house is nothing short of awesome. It’s so well decorated, clean, comfortable and quiet. We have stayed in many, many Airbnb’s over the years, and to find one as conveniently located, quiet and spacious with all of the necessities stocked for you is almost impossible! What a treasure! We thought it was perfect and we hope to stay again!
Jake is one of the best hosts I've ever had the privilege of renting from. The condo is exactly as it's described. It's clean, the beds are comfortable and everything you need for your stay is here. He quickly responds to any concerns or issues you may have and will attend to your needs. Please give this place and any other that he own's and lists for rent serious consideration. The view from the backyard over the valley is incredible and during the International Balloon Fiesta, you'll be able to see the sky filled with hot air balloons. Don't forget the camera! Enjoy your stay!

Jake this place was fantastic. I found this place to be very clean, comfortable. The bathroom and shower was excellent. The view looking west was breathtaking. My wife and I got so many classic Albuquerque Vista pictures. Plus we’re 5 minutes from food and Entertainment. Being walking distance from the foothills Made this truly a memorable vacation. It brought me back to my childhood living in New Mexico I will go up there with my family. Thank you for being a great host Jake
This is the third time that my family and I have rented a condo from Jake. Communication about anything you might it is always great. Responses are quick and any issues are taken care of quickly. This unit met my needs exceptionally well. There's more than enough room, beds are comfortable and all the the amenities only enhance the stay. There's a great view of the valley from the back patio and it's a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. It will be a great place to watch the balloons in October as you can see fiesta park from there. Can't say enough good things about this condo and the other unit I've been in. Never had an issue with noise or loud neighbors. I would highly recommend this unit to any of my family or friends that need a place to stay in Albuquerque.

Quiet four-flex located at the foothills of the Sandia Mountain range. Considered one of the safest neighborhoods in the city of Albuquerque. It is also centrally located convenient to everything that Albuquerque has to offer!
A vehicle is preferred, however the apartment is located 1/4 mile from a very nice restaurant center with a Brewery and multiple places to eat. Look up Bridges on Tramway to get more details. Plenty of free off street parking is provided in front of the complex.
