Just a short 4-minute walk to a private beach for Birch Bay locals. Boat launch available at neighbouring Mcphail Cove. Features an indoor gas fireplace, 4-piece bath, outdoor dining area, BBQ, Fire pit, and 2 single-seat Kayaks. Firewood available. Ample parking for a family or group. Cabin comfortably sleeps 7, but can accommodate up to 9 people. The master bedroom is located in the loft with a Queen bed, pull out sofa-bed, and room for a Queen air mattress, if required. The second bedroom has a double bunk-bed with a single on the top. The cabin runs on hauled-water which is potable; and has a full 4-piece bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sink. The gas furnace and fireplace keep things warm in the winter, and the fans keep things cool in the summer. Portable AC unit available in the upstairs bedroom during the hotter months. The deck in the back is equipped with a gate that can be closed to keep dogs and children from descending the stairs unsupervised. No wifi available. There is a TV with a DVD player and a small selection of movies. The trunk in the living room has a wide selection of card and board-games.
