Our family of six had such a nice stay at Saba’s place. It’s such a beautiful space in a beautiful village. The rooms were perfect for our needs. Everything well maintained with up to date amenities. One word of caution if you’re driving an 8 passenger van like we were. The parking will be tight but manageable.

Lovely little cottage and perfect for our family of four! Super comfy beds, warm and beautiful. Wonderful central location in Bourton-on-the-water but still quiet and away from the tourists despite being super close to the main high street, shops and restaurants - all walking distance. Saba was excellent - v responsive and super helpful! All in all a great host. A few things that would have made our stay even better. The “welcome basket” was a little meagre - one pint of milk, butter, white bread, juice. Not a huge issue but the previous reviews suggested more generous and useful welcome baskets (eg eggs, etc). Also, the hallway is small (part of the charm of a small cottage), so bear that in mind if you are bringing kids/a pram. One thing to note: the parking can be challenging if the private car park is full (ie when all five spaces are taken). If you have anything other than a small car you might find it is better to park on the high street, a short walk away, on those days.

We had a wonderful time - everything was lovely and very well thought out. The house is well located, being in close proximity to the centre of town but still removed enough for some privacy. Saba also provided us an early check in upon request which we especially appreciated.
