Nate’s house is a beautifully decorated modern 3 bedroom family home, within five minutes walk of all of Westward Ho! has to offer. The house has a spacious airy feel and an open plan ground floor with plenty of space to play and relax as a family. Enclosed gardens front and back provide safe outdoor areas for children and dogs. You will love waking up to views of the sea and strolling to the beach for incredible sunsets. The house has everything you will need for a fantastic break. There are 3 modern bedrooms; one king, one twin and one with bunk beds (and from the top bunk you can see the sea). The ground floor is a light and airy open plan space with beautiful solid flooring throughout. The large living dining space looks out onto the back garden and has space for 6 to sit around the table as well as enough comfortable seats to be able to sit back and relax in at the end of a long day. The kitchen is well equipped and you will find everything you need to cook meals at home and bake. Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and two under counter fridges. From the kitchen you can see through into the living space so cooking can be sociable. The larger bathroom upstairs offers a walk in shower, with a hand rail, perfect for washing off sand from the beach and there is a second toilet/ basin on the ground floor. Nate’s house has a wide range of books and games to keep the whole family entertained as well as a TV and a fibre-optic internet connection. Well maintained front and back gardens give you plenty of space to sit out and enjoy the sun, and there is a large table in the back garden for al fresco dinners or to enjoy a glass of something as the sun goes down. There is free on street parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome. The beautiful golden bay of Westward Ho! is just a five minute walk away with miles and miles of sand for walking, playing and enjoying beautiful sunsets. It is a safe blue flag beach with is great for paddling, swimming, surfing, SUP and fishing. To the right of the property, also just a few minutes away is the Northam Burrows which is both an Area Of Natural Beauty and a Site of Special Scientific interest, don't miss the visitor information centre which offers many family friendly activities and has a great cafe! Located on the South West Coast path Westward Ho! is an ideal spot from which to enjoy walks or bike rides. The house offers a lockable shed to house your bikes or other holiday equipment.
