We had a fantastic stay at Joanie's beautiful cottage. Gorgeous location, within easy driving distance to Charlottetown and basically anywhere around the island. Would highly recommend.

We loved staying at Joanie’s! We felt right at home as we were on the water, fire pit available and away from the hussle of the city (but close enough to Charlottetown so it wasn’t a hassle). We went out for a nice kayak ride and was able to see a cruise ship leaving Charlottetown. The cottage was very very clean and exactly like the photos. It was great to be able to check in early as we arrived earlier to PEI. We highly recommend and if we ever get a chance to visit again, I would book at Joanie’s. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

Our stay with Joanie was outstanding. When she found out we would be arriving late she made a special trip to turn on the lights for us. We especially appreciated the local treats she left for us to enjoy. She even offered recommendations for activities on a rainy day. Our stay from start to finish was better than we could have expected. Hope to return soon. Thanks so much Joanie!!!!

Joanie's place on Rice Point was a perfect place for our family while we explored PEI. The home was beautiful and private, and Joanie was proactive in checking in with us. When it rained, she sent several great "rainy day" suggestions. Thank you, Joanie!

Joanie's place is in the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view and a great location for exploring the island. Everything we needed was there along with some yummy local treats when we arrived (thanks Joanie!). Joanie responded quickly to any questions I had. Very clean and decorated with that east coast feel. Loved the place, the people and the island! Will definitely be back!
