I did not see professional cleaning as advertised. The floors throughout the house were very dirty and there was pet hair everywhere, even on the beds. We had to buy detergents and wash the whole house. The washing machine and dryer were all covered in wool. If you are hosting guests with pets, be kind enough to ensure cleanliness for other guests. Also the furniture in the backyard was incredibly dirty, I was hoping to enjoy the outdoors but I didn't feel like cleaning it. The holiday was not very successful ☹️

Great stay, comfortable and very responsive host. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to downtown Bluffton. Wish I had more time to stay and explore.

Everything was very nice. We felt right at home. It was perfect for our two small dogs and five adults. We enjoyed the special extras that were left for us, like snacks, laundry detergent, items for the dogs.

Nice, cozy simple home that suited our needs. Homey touches and welcome treats and amenities appreciated. Backyard area very nice. Neighborhood not that great, but decent. Bedrooms were smaller than expected and needed a bit more living room seating; maybe an ottoman or recliner. Touch ups needed throughout like bathroom door didn’t close, no hangers, some shelves/baskets, small bins in bathroom for supplies, placemats or tablecloth, drying rack etc. Convenient to highways, not close enough to downtown charm. Overall a C+ rating. Thank you Evolve and Amy.
