Great house and outdoor pavilion area is amazing

Overall the kids had a blast!! Dislikes: 1. Property itself is good but surrounding properties super sketchy. 2. Probably better for 1 family. All bedrooms are upstairs & the 1 bathroom is in the master bedroom & the shower has ZERO privacy, is super dark & has no hook for your towel. The kids were so freaked out by the upstairs shower that every single one of us used the outdoor shower downstairs which thankfully was quite nice. Also, anybody NOT sleeping in the master, has to go downstairs to use the toilet in the middle of the night. 3. No instructions for how to use anything. I asked if there was a remote for a fan. The response was that they get lost often. Totally get it but maybe get a different fan setup or find them between guests. 4. Towels were all in the washing machine when we arrived. Likes 1. Kid’s paradise! They loved playing with all the outdoor stuff and taking the kayaks and paddle board out. 2. Kitchen very well appointed!

Great place to stay with my little family, did some fishing and kayaking! Hung out on the hammocks and just relaxed!

We had a great time at Derek's place! It was clean, thoughtfully finished and decorated, with plenty of things for our kids to do and play with. The weekend we visited was pretty cold, so we didn't quite get to make full use of the awesome outside space. We did enjoy the fire pit though (bring your own wood!) and I imagine this place would be great fun for a group gathering in the summer. Derek was lightning fast to reply us, and very accommodating with an early check in. Thanks!

My wife and I and our 3 kids really enjoyed our stay here. We only had one small minor issue (couldn't connect to the Internet on one of my devices) and Derek was immediately available and responsive. 5/5 would stay again.
