This charming 3 bedroom semi-detached house with a private pool (brand new pool as of summer of 2019) is located in the quaint town of Alacati, an Aegean town on the west coast of Turkey. Located just steps away from the shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes of the ancient village; only 2 km away from the town's famous wind/kite surf center; and 2 km away from the famous Ilica Beach this home is tastefully decorated in the colors of the area. Bright colors blend with the sun and cool breezes to create an inviting, relaxing environment. Perfect for two couples (all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms) or a family, there is plenty of space to spread out. You will enjoy the front terrace, the refreshing pool, the lounge area by the pool, the sunbed area and the well-maintained enclosed garden which provides privacy, while everything the village offers is right at your doorstep. On Saturdays, a large section of Alacati is transformed into a spectacular covered market where you can buy local vegetables, cheeses, bread, olives, as well as linens, and souvenirs. It's an experience not to be missed! The layout: The accommodation is compact and very practical with two bedrooms in main house and 1 separate bedroom in basement that can be accessed via wooden stairs in the yard (shown in photos) The third apartment in basement is closed during guests' stays since it has our personal belongings. All 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Total of living space is approximately 100 m2, built on a 200 m2 lot. Almost every corner of the outdoors area has been designed for comfortable living- lounging, reading, dining, swimming, spending quality time solo or with loved ones. The main house: 1st floor - Open concept fully equipped kitchen, living room and a guest bathroom. Living room opens on one side with sliding doors to the terrace with dining and lounging area; and on the other side to the small terrace with two lounge areas and to the pool. 2 nd floor - One master bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom and AC; one bedroom with two twin size beds that can also be set up as one large bed plus an en-suite bathroom with a washing machine for the guests' use and AC. Basement room (reached via wooden steps): 3rd bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Decorated with antique pieces and has a queen size bed. Sleeps 2. Yard: A private pool for only the use of the guests, a Weber gas BBQ, three lounge areas, a garden/ tool shed (used by the gardener/ housekeeper for gardening, cleaning and pool supplies).
