What a wonderful house in a beautiful location. They are not kidding that you need a 4-wheel drive in winter, even late winter. But that just means the location is on the lake and felt secluded. We loved the house, surroundings, and our whole trip. I can’t say enough how lovely it is!

Great house, really beautiful location, excellent interior. The instructions were clear for finding the place and made it easy to get there! Definitely needed tire chains for the driveway and appreciated the upfront instructions there. My only issue was that communication ahead of time was unhelpful - I honestly wasn't sure if I was talking with a bot due to the way they weren't able to answer a specific question about parking at the property. Everything worked out though and we had a lovely stay.

Great place! Cindi the local rep was super responsive and kind. READ THE 4WD disclaimer! We had a friend with a car that needed help getting out. Besides that…. Amazing views Amazing location Plenty of space! All around amazing!!

We enjoyed our stay at this Wallowa Lake log home very much. The home was clean, cozy, well layed out, and afforded a lovely view of the lake and east moraine. As advertised, the driveway down from the main road was challenging during our wintertime stay. 4-wheel drive and chains are a must if there is packed snow or ice on the driveway. Altogether, we loved this home and location. Thank you!

We stayed here with friends in January. Home is beautiful. Driveway was very icy and would recommend 4x4 vehicles or chains during the winter months. We very much enjoyed our stay!
