Our stay exceeded all expectations! We really enjoyed our two night stay at Andrew's condo. An absolutely beautiful, warm and cozy spot. His attention to detail was inviting and beautifully executed. From upgraded linens and toiletries, an abundant snack tray, fully stocked kitchen, and even a bottle of Rosé! All the beach gear you can think of is also provided! And you also get a reserved parking spot and second floor balcony. One of our best Airbnb experiences to date! Can't wait to stay here again! Thank you Andrew, for an unforgettable stay.

This Airbnb has been my favorite place to stay! I was very clean, and you felt right at home! I wish I could live there! The whole stay was amazing, the location was private but close enough to restaurants and beach access. They had everything you could need like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc for the beach! I will most definitely use this listing for my next trip to Destin!

The place was clean and well stocked. Andrew even provided everything you would need for the beach. He does a great job thinking of all the things you would need. I love that he provided coffee cream and sugar. We stayed at a place in 30A last year that provided nothing it was very disappointing. I would definitely book with Andrew again.
