A villa for 4-6 people. Beach side, Private and very beautiful. Explore the beautiful scenery of varkala all within your own private property. Property is filled with tall coconut trees, hammocks and has a panaromic view of the beautiful sea. There is a semi-private beach right in front of the Breakfast is included . There is an infinity pool as well. NOTE: THE ROOMS ARE ALL SEPERATE AND THERE IS NO KITCHEN OR COMMON AREA IN THE VILLA. It is 10 mins from varkala beach and cliff. The Villa: Both the rooms have seperate entrances .You will get two premium rooms with two king sized beds in total. All of them have private bathrooms with shower. All the rooms are air conditioned and have a great view of the varkala sea. There is a large 4K TV in one of the rooms in the villa. The property: It is a one acre property with a beach in front.There is a cafe for only the residents at the property. A big infinity pool is also there at the property, but it might be shared with some other guests. There is BBQ grill as well. There is mini golf, volleyball and football also available. You can also sunbathe near the infinity pool . The food: Breakfast is complimentary and snacks are available at the property. Lunch and dinner can be seperately ordered at the property. We have a chef at the property

The staff was very kind and friendly. Mr Baiju is an excellent host. The garden was cozy, swimming pool clean, amazing views. Rooms were big and cozy enough. Just hope that the beach would be taken care of better. So sad to see beatiful beach full of trash. But definitely the place is worth of voming again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Coconut Cove! we were greeted by the most wonderful staff and Mani(the most humble owner). We wanted some time off and rejuvenation from city life and it was perfect for us. There are beautiful beaches backwaters and cafés within 5kms radius. One may rent a bike and access these places easily. I must mention that each and every staff is so kind and friendly. Shaji, Santosh, David, Suma, Manohar, Sheeja, and Girija. All of them greeted us with the biggest smiles on their faces. My wife thinks Santosh deserves a raise for his hospitality and I couldn’t agree more. The only suggestion would be to have some variety in breakfast options. :) Although we loved the traditional kerala style breakfast, 6 days of the same menu was a tad bit monotonous for us. Keep up the good work!!! Hoping to visit again soon.
Nestled along the picturesque coastline this Airbnb was nothing short of magical. Sandy beach, just steps away, perfect spot to frolic in the sun and splash in the refreshing waves. From your bed you have the backdrop of palm trees swaying gently in the ocean breeze. Despite being a mere 15-minute drive from the bustling touristy cliff , this Airbnb felt like a secluded paradise. The accommodations were as inviting as the surroundings. The beds were plush and comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of playing in the ocean .The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries. Communication with the host was seamless, adding an extra layer of convenience to our stay. Stunning views, tranquil surroundings, comfortable accommodations, and attentive hospitality.
we thought this is a private place along with the pool but there are 2 more properties in the same compound and it's a common pool for all these properties. except this everything is good

A quiet beach in front of the property. Local fisherman often come in the mornings and sell their fresh catch via bidding.
Towards the left of the property, it leads to varkala cliff area and there are some unique places on the way as well.
Just on the right side of our property, there is a relaxing yoga/massage centre.
A supermarket is there near the main road to buy essentials, but not a lot of products are there.
Vehicles for rent
We have a scooter which we sometimes rent out. Otherwise we have contacts for car/scooter rentals on a daily basis. You can use it to go to the cliff and travel around the area.Taxi can also be provided by asking Raymond
Parking
There are multiple free parking spaces, with tempo traveller access. Road leading to resort might seem small but it is accessible by vehicles
