we had a great stay. great to wake up to seeing the sheep out the windows. kids loved it. Lorraine was an Amazing host easy to talk too had lots of information for places to see and eat. Thanks again for having us

We stayed at Bank Springs Brewery for Christmas and it was absolutely perfect. The kids loved the house and the log fire made it so cosy and just right for Christmas. Lorraine was the perfect host and even decorated Christmas trees in the house and left us some lovely goodies for when we arrived. Everything had so much thought put into it. It was our first visit to the Lake District and it certainly won’t be our last. It was perfect and exactly what we needed for a quiet Christmas just us. Thank you so much Lorraine ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Lorraine's property in Kirkstanton. It's in a quiet and peaceful area with beautiful views of the surrounds. It's well suited to those seeking a more relaxing getaway or weekend escape as you're a bit limited with things to do in the immediate area aside from the beaches. However the property is well equipped and there was plenty of space to accommodate our 2 families. There's a lovely grassed outdoor area to sit and for the children to explore alongside the sheep in good weather. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds, quality linen and 2 with ensuites. Lorraine was especially accommodating with prompt correspondence, flexibility and welcoming treats. I'd highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful surroundings, lots to explore around the house and a great pub nearby - King William. We drove to the local beach and nearby lakes, everywhere was stunning. Lorraine was a great host too
