ABOUT THE PROPERTY: Pinnacle Apartment is a brand NEW and luxurious apartment built only for rental, located very near Old Town (950 m). As it has FREE parking, it is perfect for those who come by car and want to avoid extra charges and save their time on searching for a parking. There are restaurants, café bars, pharmacies, transportation hub, shopping mall, laundry service etc. nearby. This place is next to a cycling road leading to Marjan Forest Park that you can explore using our bikes for free. It has its own entrance, a nice balcony with romantic outdoor lighting and automated sun awning, fully stocked kitchen and lavish master bedroom (one large bed or two single bed). It is equipped with, a comfy sofa mattress-bed for extra guests. Indirect lighting and Bluetooth music system for complete relaxation. All rooms are air-conditioned and windows protected with mosquito nets and blackout curtains for good sleep. If you like watching TV, there is a 65' smart TV with 300+cable channels, and for those who are here to work we ensured you have the fastest internet possible 200+Mbps and Wi-Fi. There is a dishwashing and laundry machine, iron and ironing board, hair drier, towels, beach towels. You will find different mobile phone chargers, Ukulele, first aid kit, slippers, sleep masks, earplugs, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo/shower gel hair conditioner, scented products and Air cleaning ionizer and much more. A coffee machine with free coffee will make you happy in the morning and for those who like tea there is a plenty of choice. If you are very tired from your trip and don't have time to go shopping for food, don't worry, there is basic food in the fridge that will keep you alive until tomorrow. :-) Have fun with your family or friends and play darts, chess or other board games we provided for you. This is a unique and perfect place for you to retreat, recharge, reset and relax. ABOUT THE HOST: An accountant by day and a designer by heart, that is my wife Maja. I am a Business Coordinator and a beekeeper, the parents of three, love traveling and meet new people. We both lived abroad, Maja lived in Canada and I lived in New York, but are born and raised in this neighborhood, and that's why we know that Pinnacle Apartment is a great spot to explore our city from. This is a beautiful and unique country, and our Pinnacle apartment is a perfect base camp to explore, and sanctuary for you to relax. We live in the same building next to Pinnacle and are available for anything you need during your stay. We enjoy connecting with new people and sharing stories, love outdoors, traveling and discovering new places as this makes our hearts happy. Furthermore, we love being the hosts and are committed to providing great stays for all our guests. Our goal is to make your experience in Croatia great and memorable, and are very passionate about providing you the best service in the Split.
