Stayed here for a month, It's a good location that is within walking distance from all the good places. The apartment was clean, with a nice building and 7-Eleven downstairs. I'd like to go again in the future Also, the host was really sweet and she was always available to help me.

Das Condo von Phanida war genau so wie auf den Bildern. Alles war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Phanida war immer sofort erreichbar und hat sich bestens um alles gekümmert. Die Wohnanlage ist wunderschön mit verschiednen Gärten und einem phantastischen riesigen Pool mit auf dem Dach. Die Lage ist sehr gut weil direkt an der Wohnanlage ein Boot Station ist und die BTS Station nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Ich möchte gerne wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Can I just say that the comfort of the place depends on a host, and Phanida is THE GREATEST HOST EVER. Responded quickly, provided with everything we needed, the place was clean when we arrived. The perfect size, every centimeter is thought-through, the view is amazing! You need to walk a little to get to the BTS, but for us it was perfect - we love quiet, not touristy places, walking was even healthy. And if we really needed to go somewhere quick, we hired a grab bike. We work remotely and there’s enough space for us to have working zones with our laptops. The gym and pool are amazing, there’s even a sauna and beautiful gardens. The security is nice, the building is cleaned daily, there’s a grab delivery pickup point in the lobby and 7-11 right on the territory! There’s also a boat stop pier, and you can travel around on a boat. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to move out, haha. Definitely going back to this lovely apt we called “home” for 2 mnth. Thank u, Phanida!

Amazing weeks in Phanida’s flat. Clear, modern and light place with outstanding buildings amenities and surroundings. Everything very good maintained. Phanida is friendly, responsible landlord. Thanks. Hope to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Phanida's place. The location is perfect, the building amenities are perfect (gym + pool + 7-11 in the building) and the unit itself is everything that we wanted and expected. Phanida is also very very responsive and helpful, a fantastic host. I would recommend this place or this host to anyone.
