We had a wonderful stay at Kevin and Christian’s place. This was the very first time in Belmont Shore and we really couldn’t have found a better spot. My daughter wanted to have her breakfast out on the patio under the umbrella each morning, and my son played foosball without fail every day of our stay. We were able to venture out for morning and evening meals on 2nd street, depending on the schedule of the day, and it was a very nice walk for our family together. Vicinity to the beach, Rosie’s dog beach, was a wonderful plus, soft and perfect for play for our city kids. All was accurate to the pictures posted under the listing, and our hosts were quick to check in as well as respond if we had questions, which was much appreciated. Foam mattress beds were comfortable, and all slept soundly each night. Would stay here again in the future!

This is an excellent property in a great location. Very responsive owners, great communication. Walkable to 2 Street and the beach! Great stay!

JUST OKAY - We had lots of issues with the tenants above who partied both nights with loud TV. Kevin addressed it with them quickly but it only made it worse so we let it go. We and our two kids couldn't sleep through the TV noise, stomping, and furniture rearranging well into the wee hours. Check-in and out were easy, the garage does not fit model Y FYI but street parking wasn't bad a couple blocks down. Would recommend unloading your stuff in the alley before lugging bags (missing house number back here). The location was great, very close to restaurants and a doable walk to the beach access. The furniture was falling apart, but fairly clean overall. Some left trash in drawers and in furniture cushions. Beds were comfortable and clean, but the single bedroom has a flood light outside that goes on and off every 2 minutes so bring an eye mask. Towels were full of holes and smallest scratch towels ever. On our check out day the hot water didn't work and Kevin didn't respond to this.

We had a great stay at Kevin’s apartment. It’s in a really good location close to lots of cafes and restaurants as well as the beach. The apartment is lovely and modern with comfortable beds and plenty of space. We could the residents in the upstairs flat watching tv and walking around so maybe worth packing eyeplugs if you don’t like an early start! Kevin’s communication was very clear and quick to respond.
