The surroundings were beautiful and felt like a bush getaway. The dogs were friendly. The trail walks in and around the property were a fun way of seeing the birdlife and hearing the Lions roar at the nearby Lion and Rhino Park. The jackals were also a treat to hear in the evenings. Our toddler came with us and he thoroughly enjoyed the dogs and sounds and bush vibes. The location is probably better suited for older kids as my little one is very busy and incredibly curious so we spent most of our time running after him and making sure he didn't fall or get into all sorts of mischief by the swimming pool. The lesson was learnt by my myself and hubby however the value for money was worth it. Derrick was also very nice and helpful with any questions we had. He explained the setup well. He had my little one laughing a lot with the funny noises he made for him. There are a lot of places and activities nearby we could go to as well. Overall it was a memorable experience.
