This is a nicely furnished, clean apartment with beautiful views. The area is quiet, and it was nice to have a parking spot in the garage. Tom is a wonderful and responsive host.

Tom was very accommodating when our travel plans unexpectedly changed and our 3 sons went on without us to Germany. We were very thankful they could still use this house despite us changing the booking. They could walk to a nearby grocery store and enjoyed exploring the local area.

A beautiful house that you feel right at home in. Close to many beautiful walks, and close (Walkable to Penny Grocery store) and other lovely towns to visit. I would definitely stay at Tom's place again! Thanks so much.

Séjour en famille très agréable. Tom a été réactif et a répondu à nos questions. Nous étions 6 adultes et un enfant de 20 mois. L’appartement est très spacieux, très lumineux et confortable. L’appartement est très calme avec une vue sur les montagnes environnantes. Le logement est très bien équipé. Nous venions pour randonner et autour de Wackersberg et Bad Tölz, sans prendre une voiture, nous avons découvert de nombreux sentiers dans un cadre superbe. Commerces de proximité à 5mn à pied ou à 20mn de Bad Tölz. Petit plus avec un petit enfant, de nombreux espaces de jeux pour petits le long de l’Isar.
